What we collect

When you request your AI Readiness Score, we collect your email, first name, professional role, career goals, AI usage, seven answers, resulting scores and the email signup notice you accepted. We save the notice version and submission time. We collect reservation details for the workshop, application details when you apply to the AI Career Accelerator, and your name and email when you join the AI Capable Community waitlist. The Accelerator application includes a separate, optional community-waitlist choice.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and save your results, personalize your next steps, deliver requested emails, manage workshop reservations, review applications and notify community waitlist members when founding seats open. New score and workshop signup forms explain that submitting includes practical AI tips, training and workshop invitations. Applying to the Accelerator alone does not subscribe you to those updates or the community waitlist.

Services involved

Vercel hosts this website. ChatGPT Sites and its database infrastructure process and store your assessment, reservation and application records. Kit processes email addresses, names, selected assessment fields, segmentation tags and delivery emails. Zoom processes workshop registrant names and email addresses, creates a personal joining link and sends meeting confirmation information. Stripe processes paid-workshop checkout, payment and receipt information; AI Capable Institute does not receive or store your full card number. Kit, Zoom and Stripe may record delivery, event or payment activity under their own privacy practices. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public pages and Speed Insights to measure page performance. Our Web Analytics setup removes query strings and private link fragments from page URLs and does not track the owner’s management page. Assessment answers and form fields are not sent as Web Analytics events. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

Saved links and browser storage

Your private results, booking and application links give access to that record. Keep them private. They are not intended for sharing on social media. We use temporary tab storage to avoid duplicate submissions and prefill your name and email as you continue. An essential, secure cookie is used only for the owner’s management sign-in. We use short-lived request counts to limit abuse.

Email choices

From September 20, 2026, new assessment and workshop signups are automatically confirmed in Kit; no extra confirmation click is required. By submitting those forms, you subscribe to the emails described next to the submit button. Earlier choices to decline training updates are not changed. Marketing is sent only to eligible subscribers in Kit. Use the unsubscribe link to stop email, or contact us. A suppressed address may not receive requested emails; your on-screen saved link remains available.

Retention and your choices

We retain your saved records so you can return to them and so we can manage the program. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. There is no automated retention schedule yet. Requests may require verification before records are released or removed. Payment card details are not collected on this site.

About your score

This is a self-reported snapshot based on seven questions. It is not a validated hiring test, certification, or prediction of career outcomes. We do not sell your assessment as a candidate screening report.
