What we collect

When you request a snapshot, we collect your email, first name, professional role, career goal, AI usage, seven answers, resulting scores and your choice about training emails. We save the notice version and submission time. We collect reservation details for the workshop and application details when you apply to the Accelerator.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and save your results, personalize your next steps, deliver requested emails, manage workshop reservations and review applications. Optional training and promotional emails require the separate checkbox. Applying or reserving a seat does not opt you into those emails.

Services involved

Vercel hosts this website. ChatGPT Sites and its database infrastructure process and store your assessment, reservation and application records. Kit processes email addresses, names, selected assessment fields, segmentation tags and delivery emails. Kit may record email delivery, opens, link activity and confirmation status under its own privacy practices. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

Saved links and browser storage

Your private results, booking and application links give access to that record. Keep them private. They are not intended for sharing on social media. We use temporary tab storage to avoid duplicate submissions and prefill your name and email as you continue. An essential, secure cookie is used only for the owner’s management sign-in. We use short-lived request counts to limit abuse.

Email choices

Your requested results or confirmation email is separate from optional marketing. Confirm your email using the button in Kit’s message. Marketing is sent only to people who explicitly opted in and remain eligible to receive it in Kit. Use the unsubscribe link to stop email, or contact us. A suppressed address may not receive requested emails; your on-screen saved link remains available.

Retention and your choices

We retain your saved records so you can return to them and so we can manage the program. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. There is no automated retention schedule yet. Requests may require verification before records are released or removed. Payment card details are not collected on this site.

About your score

This is a self-reported snapshot based on seven questions. It is not a validated hiring test, certification, or prediction of career outcomes. We do not sell your assessment as a candidate screening report.
